Responding to a 911 call that disconnected abruptly, Derrik utilized RapidDeploy's cutting-edge Radius Mapping technology to track the caller's location, despite her inability to verbally communicate the emergency due to a dangerous situation. Through his quick thinking and resourcefulness, Derrik coordinated with law enforcement, leading to the successful rescue of a female passenger who had been a victim of domestic violence.
