Ryan Chandler
VP of Customer Experience
Ryan oversees the Customer Experience organization within RapidDeploy, including Project Management, Implementation, Training, Customer Success, and Support. He is dedicated to delivering excellence for our customers, through a laser focus on quality and on-going process improvement. The Delivery team owns customer deployments from contract signature through go-live. Customer Success owns product adoption and on-going engagement to drive customer value and satisfaction over time. The Support Team provides 24/7/365 support to our customer base, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product to drive customer satisfaction. Throughout his 17-year career, Ryan has worked on Information Technology transformation initiatives, focused on delivering value for clients through business process and technology improvements. He previously worked primarily in a consulting capacity for federal, state, and local government entities, spanning a wide range of industry verticals, including public safety, environmental regulation, and financial management. Prior to joining RapidDeploy, Ryan spent several years leading a team of engineers in support of a large state agency’s NG911 design, analysis, and testing program. Ryan is passionate about helping clients achieve their missions by leveraging technology and is focused on supporting our customers' efforts to improve emergency response outcomes.
