Eric brings over 25 years of expertise in crafting, executing and refining processes within high growth sales and marketing environments. Eric was an early team member at GoldMine Software (now FrontRange Solutions), contributing to scaling the user base to over 1 million within 5 years. Subsequently, he played a pivotal role in propelling Neverfail Inc from inception to $20 million in revenue in its initial 3 years. Transitioning to ReachForce in 2010, Eric assumed an executive role, orchestrating a 100% year-over-year sales growth and orchestrating a successful funding round. In 2013, Eric embarked on an entrepreneurial endeavor, founding SOAR, a venture that has empowered over 30 companies ranging from $1 million to $250 million in revenue. His mission remains consistent throughout: swiftly discerning the critical components of a company's success and instituting processes for consistent delivery, success and measurability. Based in Dripping Springs, TX, Eric resides with his wife and five children.
